This is more than a doctors office this is a community center. I found Tracey’s office last year through the Crystal Lake Chamber and I have watched it evolve over my 15+ visits. Exceptional service from the atmosphere, the practioner, and the front office staff. Tracey really takes the time to listen to me and the struggles that I have with Bipolar 2. She uses our appointment time to explain the medications that Im on, why Im on them, or if Im comfortable with changing them. Ari, is an incredible at the front desk, she helps me book appointments, explain costs and provides additional resources around the community and etc. Thank you to Reasons Health for everything.
I started treatment with Tracey at Reasons Health about a year ago. At that time, I was in a complete psychosis. I was hearing voices, feeling sensations on my skin that weren’t really there, and even seeing things that didn’t exist. My mental health crisis caused me to lose my job and become homeless. I started coming here several months ago and have had a great experience! Tracy is a wonderful practitioner with great bed side manner. She goes above and beyond to try and help me feel my best and truly cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I would highly recommend!
