My wife Denise has been going there for years. I've seen the difference it makes in her, and how much it helps her self esteem! My son even went when he lived closer, truly lived the pound and boxing!! Always talks about how much he misses it! He always says if he's in town, he'd go!! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! It has saved my life! The people, especially the instructors and staff, are amazing! They offer a variety of fitness classes and personal training. I’ve struggled my whole life with weight and finding a workout routine that works for me. Believe me when I tell you, this place really motivates you!
