I cannot recommend Selena highly enough 💜
Selena was fantastic! I went for a sports-oriented massage, and I have all sorts of nuanced injuries. She was a great listener and took great care to avoid all my problem areas. Parking was easy and plentiful, and the office was clean.
I am a long time client of Reames Integrative Wellness. Selena and Krista are both very caring people and they will take the extra time to get to know you and your needs. They are both very skilled massage therapists and both have helped me tremendously over the years. Five Stars Plus!

Selena was very intuitive and had a soft yet effective approach. I really liked how she explained what she was doing and had me participate with breathing through the session to let go of stagnant energy.
