Selena is amazing. She has a lot of different skills and massage techniques and knows a lot about the body and wellness. She listens and pays attention to what you need. She has a great space to work in and uses essential oils. She is very intuitive about when and how to use pressure. She really tailors the massage to your intention and the areas that you want to focus on. You will leave feeling relaxed and energized and also with new insights about how to shift your mind/body/spirit experience.
This is the absolute best experience I have had with a wellness professional in my lifelong pursuit of balance and body harmony. Very highly recommended for the intuitive and holistic approach to overall health - it’s something I have been searching for and has brought immediate and long term results.
