Selena was very intuitive and had a soft yet effective approach. I really liked how she explained what she was doing and had me participate with breathing through the session to let go of stagnant energy.
Christa handled my massage from beginning to end with professionalism and care. She paid attention to areas I told her were hurting and took time to cover those areas during the massage. She was great!
This massage and wellness studio is tops. The location is good, easy to park, and the treatment room is professional and spacious, yet cozy and warm. Selena Reames is a top notch therapist, healing body and energy. She uses a variety of techniques which shows from her decades of experience. She works with you one-on-one to find out what you need and what you want in a wellness session. She is truly gifted
