This massage and wellness studio is tops. The location is good, easy to park, and the treatment room is professional and spacious, yet cozy and warm. Selena Reames is a top notch therapist, healing body and energy. She uses a variety of techniques which shows from her decades of experience. She works with you one-on-one to find out what you need and what you want in a wellness session. She is truly gifted

Scheduled a Thai Yoga Massage for sports related injuries. Did not know I would have such a great experience! Highly recommend Christa! By the end of the session, I felt limber, loose and relaxed.
I’ve had hundreds massages all over the world but Christa, with Reames was one of the best. She perfectly accommodated all of my requests and concentrated where I needed it. Also the pressure was perfect.
