I paid my rent a year in advance and the heater has gone out and they sent over an incompetent guy that didn't know what he was doing. He was looking at YouTube videos to see how to fix the heater and it still isn't fixed. It is about 50 degrees in the house and the temperatures are going to be in the 30s next week. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Sarah Lernor during a showing, she referred to my agent as ‘special needs,’ which was not only offensive but entirely inappropriate. Such a comment is disrespectful and unacceptable in any setting, especially in a professional real estate transaction. The plumber was able to light the water heater when CenterPoint technician was unable to do so. He explained the system and to let them know of any other problems arise.
