I paid my rent a year in advance and the heater has gone out and they sent over an incompetent guy that didn't know what he was doing. He was looking at YouTube videos to see how to fix the heater and it still isn't fixed. It is about 50 degrees in the house and the temperatures are going to be in the 30s next week. The guy they sent initially said the unit is old and need changing and it was a safety concern. Now they want me to pay for someone to come out and fix it but I have to pay for it. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Sarah Lernor during a showing, she referred to my agent as ‘special needs,’ which was not only offensive but entirely inappropriate. Such a comment is disrespectful and unacceptable in any setting, especially in a professional real estate transaction.
