I have a family member renting an upstairs apartment owned by Realitywise with no heat. It is 6 degrees at this time. In the summer time, 2 windows open out of 11 windows. The floor is falling in at the doorways. The downstairs apartment controls the heat and it is vacant. The woman at reality wise said the owners don't care about the house.
Any investor any renter anyone in a professional manner will be taken advantage of stolen from. Let alone the lawsuits against her for banging her employees ...she pays her people late or whenever she steals money from investors to pay her people. She DOESN'T EVER GET PERMITS. She feels. She stole my tools she didn't pay me my last pay cuz she is truly the devil 👿
one of the worst and least helpful realtors. promised a discount on rent after having to wait forever for maintentance to still not have it fully done amd never getting that discount.
I never leave a review, however I had such a great experience working with this company that I thought I should! I live out of state and purchase many properties throughout the country. Obviously this makes it extremely difficult to find knowledgeable & reputable brokers/agents to work with. Many times my purchases are sight unseen so I need someone honest, & trustworthy with my money! Rebecca Bauer is the least professional while also the most passive aggressive person I have ever worked with in this industry. Terrible experience, and an awful person that should try not being so dishonest for once in her life. Who knows, she might accidentally have a good work interaction if she did.
