Just a warning in dealing with this realtor. She listed a home recently in Sheffield lake on Willow Lane that my family member put an offer on. However I found out from the person who won the bidding war and now owns the home that the realtor from Realtywise new him and told him exactly what to bid to win the home over many other bidders. I realize this happens often in the realty market, however it is unethical and I would never hire her to rep my home or help me purchase a home.
