Alex is not worthy of calling himself a realtor , hes absolutely got no knowledge of real estate in the area . Extremely pushy and cheap sales tactics. Would never recommend anyone to rely on him and his agency, you can pick a 3rd grade kid over this guy. Extreme loose on character and should be fired from his agency immediately. Alex is a stand-up, honest guy who helped my brother sell his house within days at full asking price and closed in less then a month. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale in a difficult situation. I highly recommend him.
