David Epprecht is a horrible agent. The worst being that he is discriminatory. Before getting to that point he was unresponsive and lead my broker on wasting our time with several offers and applications.
I recently listed and sold my condominium with Diana Lea of RealtyQuest in Darien. Diana was great to work with! She provided great recommendations on how to optimize my return on the transaction and good references for contractors to do work that I had done before the sale. My wife and I were very happy with our experience. Diana was very knowledgeable of our home, the neighborhood and overall real estate market. She also went out of her way to provide a personal touch even after our sale- providing the names of local suppliers (oil, architect, etc) for us to work with.
