As a preface to this review allow me to state I rarely, if ever write these and as a major buyer and seller of properties (bought and sold hundreds of properties) I've dealt with dozens of realtors. Matt stands completely apart from the others! First, his negotiating skills are phenomenal, in the past I have directed the strategies, not so with Matt.
