Amazing brokerage!
We were working with Carolyn Scott on the seller side. We submitted an offer on Saturday and response for offer was due on Monday. My agent had to contact Carolyn many times because she was on vacation. We asked when she will be able to respond and again nothing. I read negative reviews for your business and I am 100% agree buying a home is expensive and after this experience I am questioning if I want to buy a home. ‘Creating a Killer Listing’ Realtypath jumpstart course was very helpful to me and the work I do as a real estate agent. Also, the other classes are very helpful. So much relevant information to every aspect of the realty work. This class specifically helped me understand the importance of boosting open houses. Moreover, not just talk about the house itself, but also the location which is important to the buyer. Also to involve all five senses when buyers experience the house. Great job, Josh!
