this company sucks i already start the 25 prcent quarter repurchase and nothing no email no one cares a dam shits about this and the value gos lower than investnment including dividends how you loose money on realestate especially in california when everything cost so much and you making money payback what you have to payback you already made money on investor and we made nothing

This is not at all a liquid investment. I have less than $10k invested, and I'm trying to get out due to its anemic gains, but at the rate they are distributing my money it is going to take me 9 years.
Stay away from realtymogul. I had invested $6k andd they were paying decent 6% returns. But now when i wanted to liquidate my investment (after being with them for 9 years), they are showing true colors. Saying every quarter, i can liquidate only $100+, i initiated liquidation on Oct 2023 and still this is going like a snail... Stay away from investing in this business...
