This is not at all a liquid investment. I have less than $10k invested, and I'm trying to get out due to its anemic gains, but at the rate they are distributing my money it is going to take me 9 years.
Stay away from realtymogul. I had invested $6k andd they were paying decent 6% returns. But now when i wanted to liquidate my investment (after being with them for 9 years), they are showing true colors. Saying every quarter, i can liquidate only $100+, i initiated liquidation on Oct 2023 and still this is going like a snail... Stay away from investing in this business...
Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews on Google and elsewhere. My major gripe is that Realty Mogul advertises one set of redemption request rules, but in the fund documents, they actually note that the manager can adjust, suspend, and/or modify their repurchase program. So if you send in a request, the fund manager might completely ignore the listed deadlines.
I'm going to join the crowd and say DON"T invest with Realtymogul unless you never want to see your money again. In my opinion, they play a shell game to show that they are paying out and then the price of shares drops, so you're actually losing money. Pretty sure the lot of us that invested in them will end up losing a large portion of our investment. Anyone interested in going in on litigation in order to get at least some of our money back?
