Avoid renting from this "property management company” unless you want to wait 3 WEEKS to get your deposit back, have your emails about it ignored and deal with an extremely rude and incompetent part-time “manager”. You’ll also be charged a $150 cleaning fee even if you scrub, vacuum and mop the place top to bottom. Hi I had a missed call from you. Tried to call back o few times. Your ai says hi and how may I help you. I say speak to Felix she says he’s available let me transfer you. Then it just keeps going in a circle. So I don’t think anyone can reach you. I didn’t know how else to tell you but you were calling about our property on 2377 w old Ajo way
After a quick call with Felix, he rapidly got working on my house and found a renter within 2 days. Communication from him and Mrs. Monica has also been amazing. I would highly recommend Felix for those who are trying to rent your property.
