We had an excellent experience renting a home from realtyfelix, The property management company was always quick to respond to any repair requests and consistently provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Communication was professional, timely, and helpful, which made the entire rental experience smooth and stress free. We truly appreciated how well the property was maintained and would highly recommend renting from them.

Avoid renting from this "property management company” unless you want to wait 3 WEEKS to get your deposit back, have your emails about it ignored and deal with an extremely rude and incompetent part-time “manager”. You’ll also be charged a $150 cleaning fee even if you scrub, vacuum and mop the place top to bottom. When I moved in a year prior, there was a ratty old broom next to a pile of debris right in the middle of the kitchen so their “cleanliness standards” come and go depending on who can be charged extra fees.
