Dale is hands down a 10/10. From start to finish he was willing to help us find our forever home and was also there to provide updates and answer any questions/concerns (and believe me there were A LOT since we were first time home buyers) no matter what time of day it was. Dale was amazing from start to finish. Always answered our questions very quickly and honestly. Never pushed houses on us just to make a sale, and was readily available to show houses the moment they hit the market. His experience is noticeable every time he pointed out issues in a house that I never would've noticed. If anyone is looking for a great realtor, please give Dale a call. You won't be disappointed!

Dale was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I literally cannot stress this enough. If it weren't for him, we would likely still be struggling to find a home in the worst housing market for buyers on record. He is absolutely the realtor to choose if you want a smooth, successful home buying/selling process. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and his hard work and dedication were apparent throughout the entire process.

Having a realtor rep a plumber on social media who has been blacklisted by multiple municipalities and has a open judgement against him, then defending the plumber directly to the person he owes money to is INCREDIBLY bad faith. Dale Kessler either took money from him or got a cost reduction to do the shout out on social media. That shows us we would not be getting the best representation as a buyer or seller if morality is questionable. I believe that defines lack of professionalism

I was trying to sale my house by owner and wasn’t having much luck, than after 4 months Frank Leo step in and help me from having a first time free open house until the end he was extremely helpful and informative. Any time I had any questions or doubts he was there to answer me quickly. Im extremely grateful for his help and fast sale of my home.
