If I could give zero I would, they are disrespectful, rude, and are not helpful to the community. Unfortunately the owners and renters that use them have no idea the misleading information they show on their site. Terrible people, terrible company.
Very bad company very bad maintenance people working for you just got off the phone with a gentleman very rude came up with excuses and Carter has pills. Excessive and absurd charges for maintenance services, sometimes without informing residents in advance. Doesn't seem to do preventative maintenance on properties, which causes problems for the tenents. Gaslit us about doing preventative maintenance on the washing machine that they hadn't done to avoid doing anything to fix it. Selzer charges for maintenance to tenants without informing tenants of the cost of services beforehand. I have never lived anywhere where tenants renting are charged maintenance fees, and that they are not able to provide a cost estimate before maintenance services are provided. We called the front desk about another maintenance issue with our washer, they said it had been inspected before we moved in and refused to send someone until we followed up.
