We are currently working with Alyssa to find a property and she has been a delight to work with. Her availability to answer all of our questions, willingness to quickly book tours, and knowledge in helping us craft offers and find the perfect spot has been invaluable!
Alyssa came to the house that my husband and I are renting, unannounced twice. My husband is a veteran, was in the Navy and the Army and has nurses come in to take care of him. She then sent a photographer, who took one of his nurses away for over 30 minutes to help “stage” the house! I confronted her about this on her second unannounced visit and she just looked at me with a smug look and would not answer me! Alyssa Guba has been a delight to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients! I was on that shoot for Jackie Raddant's rental, and her words regarding Alyssa and the photos has many misleading remarks. Her nurse chose to follow the photographer around for a part of the shoot- and was not requested to do so. The photographer only requested access to the garage for photos, & to remove the huge garbage out of the kitchen and to remove the car from the back of the home for the pictures.
