The owner made an agreement with me on a home I wanted to purchase, I got my pre-approval from the bank, set up a time to meet him and then he says he already put in a offer from someone else. Then tried to get me to out bid the last offer. Nice tactic to raise his commission, Do not trust this guy, untrustworthy and doesn't keep his word.
I am a military homeowner and I've used property managers before but Realty World Executive Group is the worst!!! They didn’t inform me when repairs were needed, I would realize it when the rent was shorted and I would have to call and ask about it. When the tenants moved out, there were major repairs to the walls, carpet and yard that needed to be completed before the property could be relisted. I asked them to withhold the previous tenant’s security deposit and they stated that the damage was just normal wear and tear. Bew... read more
