I wouldn't use these people for any transactions. Especially Rene Pulido. He's very political and let's his feelings get in the way of a meaningful conversation or transaction. Also probably not a good idea to leave your buisiness info while making rants
If I could put no stars I would, this has been the worst experience ever, this agent that "helped me" did nothing but take my money and waste my time, I was kept in the dark the whole time I had to be calling them to see what was going on. They rarely called me and all they did was only ask for stuff I had already sent them, the whole nightmare took more than two months, after postponing the closing day over and over again the seller gave up and cancelled the sale.
