Rented with Realty World Advantage for 5 years and had a very positive experience. Very timely assisting with maintenance requests and very responsive to emails. Would definitely recommend their property management to tenants or owners looking for a great property management company. Followed their move out checklist and received our full security deposit back. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am a resident in one of their units and I have dealt with countless problems in relation to the property management company. For starters they refuse to do basic upkeep and repairs we have to literally beg then to do regular maintenance and they still fight us every step of the way. When we had our heater go out on us in the winter it took them a week to get back to us and even longer before the problem was resolved. This company has lazy employees that don’t want to do their job they take your money and give up after getting you get approved for a house that you don’t end up wanting (after seeing it in person because you have to apply before seeing it in person) then make excuses as to why they can’t use your applications for other properties this company is a scam!!!
My experience with realty world was terrible I rented apartment 516 n white st Hanford for 6 months and had a mold problem when I contacted management Hallie Barnett it was no help at all no one ever came to fix the mold problem until I was already moving and ontop of that I was refused my security deposit because I terminated lease early due to Toxic black mold, Hallie told me it had been tested by a lab and wasn’t toxic and that’s the furthest explanation she gave to me other than she would reach out to landlords but they ... read more
