My experience with realty world was terrible I rented apartment 516 n white st Hanford for 6 months and had a mold problem when I contacted management Hallie Barnett it was no help at all no one ever came to fix the mold problem until I was already moving and ontop of that I was refused my security deposit because I terminated lease early due to Toxic black mold, Hallie told me it had been tested by a lab and wasn’t toxic and that’s the furthest explanation she gave to me other than she would reach out to landlords but they ... read more

My husband and I rent through Realty World- Advantage. Our realtor Shannon Johnson went above and beyond to help us find the right house. Some reviews have mentioned issues with repairs and the time it took for them to get done. We just recently had an issue with our electricity and our experience with getting it fixed was amazing. I contacted the property management team and there was an electrician at our door in two hours and the problem was completely resolved within 20-30 minutes of him arriving.
