THEY THINK THEY ARE AUCTION COMPANY. The property what I was trying to buy was $135k. I did offer the full amount and they said NO. Next day I offer $147k and they still said NO. What they do is they find two or more potential buyers and they put them to bidding war. This is no fair. One more time YOU GUYS ARE NOT AUCTION COMPANY. I do not recommend them. :(
