When looking for property, Brenda Grubb stepped up and dealt with my wife and myself. Extremely patient and always helpful. If and when in Laurinburg NC and looking to buy, go here, and you won't be disappointed.
This company is the worst. They will lie and say you had pets when you didn't. Charge you for fleas when you had no pets. Charge you $400 for cleaning when I already paid to have the house cleaned and all carpets shampoo and provided then with the paid invoice. They are scammers. I should've read the reviews before signing the lease. Also, they want you to sign a lease without allowing you to walk thru the house first. USE ANOTHER REALTOR!
