This company will try to take all your money. We gave a deposit of $1,600. They only put on the lease we gave them $800.00. During the termination of the lease They told me that my first $800.00 was non refundable. I never received a receipt of the first 800.00 I gave them. I left my apartment that I was in for 15 years to move into a house rented through this company, when I moved in there were a few things that I noticed needed to be fixed I complained about them and they went undone.. three months after moving i called in and did an online request for maintenance because my roof was leaking all over the house in at least three different areas they spent the next three months sending contractors out for them to put in bids to see who could do it for the lowest rate when I was frustrated with ... read more
As an investor/ rental property owner involved with this company for more than three years, I would not recommend their services. Their property management division, "*********" was a disaster to our cash flow due to poor tenant placements and very high maintenance/repair fees. The principle managers were fairly unresponsive to our serious problems.
