Highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! They will not fix anything when asked and their excuses will be you didn’t remind them or the supplier has back orders! Also they will not keep the lawn and mowing services up. The trash pick up is a joke as well! They won’t come for weeks, or won’t pick up trash if it’s not to their liking. The grass is as high as a toddler but they want you to keep the trash cans put up and all these other rules, They expect so much out of tenants but do the very, very bare minimum keeping up the properties. I've rented through them for 3yrs now & there's a reason I'm still renting from them. They work with u. Are respectful. Prompt getting back to you. The handy man is good & everything I submit is fixed or checked quickly. All are helpful. I would recommend to rent or buy through them.
