I have my concerns about management's seriousness in preventing Corona among the residents. The pool is still open. Kids of different families play together at the pool., This weekend two parties converged on the pool and grill area. Babies, pregnant women, toddlers, seniors all gathering within an unsafe distance. Drinking out of glass containers around the pool, kids being kids you know. Just called to inquire about getting on a waiting list for January when our lease is up and the lady that answered the phone was completely rude and short with me. She basically told me there's no way we will be able to get in because of lease agreements with current tenants and we're out of luck. Great salesmanship. Lost our business for sure even if one happened to open up. Looking at these other reviews, I feel like most of us have come in contact with her.
this is the worst place i have ever lived. if i could give crosslake coves a zero star i would. we lived in an apartment with them for a year and when we decided not to renew all the sudden all these "charges" started popping up that they demanded we pay within 3 days (a bill of over 1,000 dollars for something they had no proof of) when we asked what this bill was for they claimed it was for a pet she had proof we owned and didnt pay for and she had a picture proving it but yet there are no cameras on the property. when we ... read more
We just moved to the area and stopped by their office to view the 1bd apartments The community looked nice and neat on the outside but we decided to go else where because the front desk lady was so rude to us... it was obvious was inconvenient for us to be there and she had much better Things to do. The rudest lady I have ever met, I can't believe they are using her as the face of their rentals.
