Faith has got to be one of the most unknowledgeable agents I have worked with. When you put in an offer, you’re legally supposed to present the offer to the owner. Instead, she tells you no. Technically, that’s illegal. All offers have to be presented to the owner. She also doesn’t even give you the time of day. I called her multiple of times before I got an answer. Please do NOT work with somebody who can’t even put an offer in and turns you down. There’s better agents out there!
