Inconsistent , fabricated and unprofessional rental management services. Had several issues with tenants in our unit with no support from Shirley. Changed stories, had extra people in my unit that did not pay (even though i was told extra people had to pay) but her story changed when it actually happened. I wound up with 5 people when it was supposed to be two. They ripped out my security camera. Broke my ceiling fan and shelf. When brought to their attention, i get an argument. No support, no im sorry, no logical thought. J... read more
