My property Manager is Jesalyn. I highly recommend her, she is outstanding, and delivers peace of mind throughout the process of managing the renting my home.
Applied for a home for rent, heard back about a week or two later asking for updated paystubs, provided those that day, never heard back. I prequalified for a $340k home loan after this so let’s not say I didn’t make the cut. I couldn’t get a response back to whether I qualified for the home or not that they were renting. It is very unfortunately, seems like a SCAM. Who takes $80 In application money and never updates an applicant?
