I would strongly advise anyone considering renting at 827 Dundee Way in Stockton to carefully research the property before signing a lease. I had a disappointing experience with this property management company and would not recommend their services. There was a consistent lack of communication and oversight. The assigned property manager, Michael, was unresponsive, and it was only after Dora visited the property that key issues were discovered, including a lawn violation and a leaking faucet.
