I have been here 1.5 years. In that time , 1) had a RRM manager in jully 23 steal $1500 from me, her credentials had not been checked by RRM she was a seasoned criminal that had priors of stealing $$$$ from elderly & handicap, she also stoled petty cash and laptops from them. 2) bullied by another tennent with the representation of bullying, only to be told by regional manager that if I reported any more incident to her( regional manager) would give me( the victim) three demerits and start eviction procedure on me this was... read more
Realty resource managment hired a manager that had a history of scaming elderly for money. This manager work at the birches in oob. The manager that they hired scammed the many elderly at oob. Me included. Realty resources management was more concerned about their missing petty cash than the people scammed out of money that live there. It is not a safe place to live when they hired unvetted managers in authority position, with access to private information of the elderly that live there.
