The new regional manager, that deals with Seaside heights, has treated me on two accounts less than human. I had lived at Seaside heights for 7 years with little to no issues until October 2023. If I could give a 0 star I would this company is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. Ive lived with them for going on 3 years and it’s been nothing but horrible and high blood pressure from the stress they put you under and the health issues my 2 children have been through due to the apartments is crazy and sad. They raise rent without informing you it’s supposed to be a low income complex and they raised my rent to 910 when I was only maxing about 500 a month after having a baby.
