Don’t think about renting from them especially at Cole’s hill apartments They don’t answer emails or calls this Management isn’t even worth your time or effort they don’t care. am writing this to warn potential tenants about REALTY RESOURCES CHART. My experience with them has been deeply concerning, specifically regarding what appears to be systemic racial profiling and fraudulent financial charges During my time here, I witnessed retaliation, falsified information threats and consistent delays in maintenance for minority tenants that were handled immediately for others" and the scam asking forcefully for Financial information for tenants who are not under their subsidized programs.
