Don’t think about renting from them especially at Cole’s hill apartments They don’t answer emails or calls this Management isn’t even worth your time or effort they don’t care. I’m sick with the cold and flu and they are very inconsiderate about my well being. They come by and deliver tons of paper outside my door. I’ve been living here for five months and now my rent gets changed to 857. I don’t work much hours and they’re raising My rent only only leave me with not even $100
I’m a nurse at a clients home I go in daily in Belmont nh. The new maintenance/ manager William walker has been parking in the fire lane in front of my clients home. Went to tell him he was in the fire lane he gave me an awful attitude and proceed to tell me he is the manager and can park where he wants. Then came back at me again to tell me he’s going to move it whenever he wants. What kinda of person blocks the fire lane for a handicapped wheelchair bound oxygen one leg. This company came and inspected my apartment today failed me because I told them about things that needed to be worked on like my carpet in the living room has smoke stains in it and I don’t smoke in my apartment. It was the previous tenant so they failed me because I basically failed them which is not OK I don’t recommend this company to anyone that wants to rent. They were very rude about it.
