Be careful who you deal with in this business, most will not be honest and on the up and up. Do your own due diligence and questions neighbors of any community to get what’s really happening. hOA are a big problem in Florida and you will loose your home if you are not careful. Don’t trust your realtor and definitely don’t trust the sellers realtor. Beware of disclosures, which means if they haven’t voted on something they don’t have to disclose it. Question neighbors!!!
Terri W was the best realtor! Went to look at multiple listings, always available to go look at homes, even at the last minute! She really took an interest in finding me just the right house for myself and family! I could tell she really cared about my being satisfied with just the right place! She was so trustworthy! I felt so comfortable with how I was treated in the process that I referred her to one of my dearest treasures, my daughter and son in law, they also had her as their realtor in the search for their first home!... read more

Do not list your property with reality pros. They staged our property to make it more salable. What a nightmare. We called them 3 weeks before returning to our property in Florida and asked them to put the property back to the way it was before they staged it. When we got back nothing was done. They came over to move the furniture back to the way it was. It took us 3 days to find and put back the items that they hid in drawers, closet and under the beds still can’t find some items.
