They don’t deserve even one star. The management is completely unresponsive—whenever you ask a question, the Copenhagen building supervisor is nowhere to be found or simply tells you to go speak with management instead of addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the LeFrak residential coordinators are consistently rude and unhelpful. They rarely provide useful information.
