Not a fan
I have not had a bad experience with Realty One. We just hired them and so far Jim Robson has been reasonable and repsonsive.
This should be a negitive 10 rating!!!!!! This I by far the worst HOA management company in Colorado! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They will steal your money and treat you horribly. Any time we ask Jim to do anything he is so rude and demining! He treats you like a child even when you are a homeowner. He will take weeks to fix something that should be done right away. They are trying to fine me for random cars that turn down where people park. Get a real Job and quit harassing people.
