Terrible hoa company! Do not hire them! They will charge you the most possible and do the bare minimum. They will find little ways to try to harass you. Completely useless for our community. Everyone needs to know. We’re probably gonna find a new place to live over them.
This is a horrible HOA! They don't deserve even one star. People who have bought their houses and pay very steep HOA fees, get harassed when unnecessary. They hire cheap help that leave a mess wherever they've worked. Who's running this show? Obviously, a bunch of corporate puppets. How about you work FOR the people that pay you these astronomical fees...there's a thought.

I have not had a bad experience with Realty One. We just hired them and so far Jim Robson has been reasonable and repsonsive.
This should be a negitive 10 rating!!!!!! This I by far the worst HOA management company in Colorado! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They will steal your money and treat you horribly. Any time we ask Jim to do anything he is so rude and demining! He treats you like a child even when you are a homeowner. He will take weeks to fix something that should be done right away.
