We used Wayne to sell our Mission Viejo home this summer and were very happy with his work. He helped us decide what to do to spruce up the house without doing any unnecessary work that wouldn't have increased our value anyways. Selling your home can be a very stressful endeavor. It CAN be if you don't have a real estate agent like Wayne Chang. Through out the whole process while my wife and I had our house on the market, Wayne was there to answer our questions, go over the game plan, and walk us through every step of the process.
