Realty One Group is a poor excuse for a property management company. They are not responsive to requests from owners, they have put our association in a financial hole with poor financial management, they never followed up on delinquencies, and does not perform the duties that are outlined in the management contract.
Realty One Group is the property management company for the townhomes of **************************************** Jon and Brent have never (in 2 years) shown any ability or effort to return calls or emails relating to multiple concerns by owners in our newly developing neighborhood.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Scott ******** at this group as the owner of the property we were renting. Once he realized we were not going to purchase the property at the outlandish purchase price for the small home, he gave us a 30 day notice to vacate, harassing us the entire time. He stated that he would put a lien on our new home if we did not allow workers to work on the home even though we advised him that our minor daughters were there alone during the day.
