I am certain that the company itself has high standards and would never speak to anyone the way that their broker, John Heffren does. Unfortunately, I do not have the screen shot of his previous comment. Nonetheless, as this broker is publicly acting as a representative of the Realty One Group, I feel they should be advised of his poor behavior and the way he speaks to the public/potential customers. I've since had an opportunity to revisit the company and had to pleasure of working with Sandy. Very helpful and given the circumstances felt necessary to adequately update the review accordingly. Tried a couple times to get information on properties. Doesn't seem to be too much of a priority. Did wind up connecting with somebody outside of the area from this company but that's kind of missing the point.

We worked with Beckie Savage on the sale of our home in Crumpler. She was very professional and diligent during the entire process. She was patient with me through tense situations and gave great advice. We were new to the whole selling thing and she brought a lot of traffic which yielded in a fast, awesome sale. Highly recommend her!

Chris BARR is 2nd to none .... as a Realtor, he is patient, courteous and professional. He listens and has not only found properties for me but has sold properties for me as well. I can always count on Chris Barr to be honest and upfront. He works hard to provide customer satisfaction.
