Pete Green began as our realtor and soon after, became our friend. We previously lived in Indiana and were looking for a home in the Prescott area. Pete was immensely helpful in every way from the initial online contact, phone calls, and eventually helping us find the "home of our dreams." Since we lived out of state, Pete not only sold us our home, but continued to help us through closing and all the many decisions needed until we finally took possession. We are deeply grateful for him.

I can't say enough about the level of service which Pete Green provided during the search for our home. He asked all the right questions to understand what we were looking for and provided several options to view in the area. He was available during the ENTIRE process to answer questions and provide his knowledgeable answers.....even after the sale! If you're looking for an excellent, customer focused realtor, who gets results - Pete is your man!

Pete was a tremendous help in our move from Washington state to Cottonwood AZ. Even before we made the move he was helping us become familiar with the area. He made it very easy to shop homes from a long distance. His listing and notification system allowed us to stay informed about the market in the AZ area. I happened upon Pete's website while looking for a property in Sedona. We talked briefly as I wasn't really in a hurry to purchase. We kept in touch and while on vacation out in Arizona, I stopped by his office in Cottonwood to discuss my latest situation, which didn't include the Sedona or Cottonwood areas.
