This is the worst landlord have ever dealt with. Two years of on time payments and asking for maintenance of the property is like pulling teeth. I requested maintenance four months ago and still without resolution. Office phone not working and Mr Dente doesn’t acknowledge calls to his personal cell. Disgusting behavior from someone a tenant should be able to trust. Don't work as admin. Will misclassify you as an independent contractor and refuse to submit proper tax paperwork so they can save money; even after being asked multiple times- which is against the law. Save yourself the financial trouble and don't be taken advantage of by this unprofessional company.
