I would not recommend using Realty One Group, Modern Edge in Brownsville. My experience started off okay but along the way the agent made a crucial mistake and they did not want to own up to their actions. I brought this to the attention of the broker and they were also trying to avoid the situation. After speaking to my attorney, I delivered a demand letter to them and they paid to avoid litigation. That’s the only reason they are receiving 2 stars instead of 1.
