I would not recommend working with this realtor. Monica was not our representative, but the builder’s realtor, and she was consistently rude throughout the process. During our final walkthrough and key handoff—a moment we had been looking forward to—she questioned me for being a few minutes late, even though we had notified the builder in advance. I would not recommend using Realty One Group, Modern Edge in Brownsville. My experience started off okay but along the way the agent made a crucial mistake and they did not want to own up to their actions. I brought this to the attention of the broker and they were also trying to avoid the situation. After speaking to my attorney, I delivered a demand letter to them and they paid to avoid litigation. That’s the only reason they are receiving 2 stars instead of 1.
