Stay far away from Realty One and Barli & Associates LLC if you value your peace of mind and your money. Dan Barli, their so-called attorney, charges an outrageous $650 per hour, yet delivers next to nothing in terms of effort or results. He avoids in-person meetings, fails to advocate for you, and if you trust him with your escrow account, expect it to be drained with little to show for it. Ruben Romero was such a pleasure to work with through our apartment hunting journey. We met him through a Zillow posting and when we saw the apartment, he could tell we loved it.
