Do not use Renee Hileman, she left my family homeless. These people are out for their own greed, nothing else. To make this quick, we signed a contingency that was supposed to have addenda on it, she never sent it after telling my husband and I she did on multiple occasions, even after I asked multiple times for copies of it.
