I am in the Air Force and was moving from Korea to Las Vegas. I found Mr. Wegman online and told him what I was looking for. I came to Las Vegas during my mid-tour and met with him. After viewing a few homes we went to my number on choice from my researched houses. I decided on a home for me and my family. Mr. Wegman made promises to take pictures and to keep us updated during the building. I returned to Korea and asked him for pictures. His reply was contact the builder. Our experience with buying our home and having Jim Wegman as our realtor has been horrid. He is the classic example of over promising and under delivering. He just lies about everything and then denies that he said it till his face is blue. I would recommend that you use anyone but him. He has one thing on his mind and it's getting your money. He is not authentic or forthright about anything. If his lips are moving he is lying. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE.
