We are fortunate to have met Carlos Reyes from Realty One! We met him toward the beginning of our home hunt, and he instantly became an extremely helpful. Do not buy from this group! There were lots of disclosures not shared with us and the realtor did not want to fix the minimal work that contractors did. This group does false advertising, you can see the photoshop done on their photos so please be careful when working with them. They use unlicensed contractors to do work on homes and they don't pull permits! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to have homeownership problems from day 1.

I flew into Tucson to see a property that was advertised as an assumable loan. I called the listing agent Falastina who said she would show me the property. The night before I flew into Tucson she called me to let me know it was sold but was still going to be there to show me the property. I want to see the house and the area so we did. While there she had us sigh a bunch of forms which I never sign especially when the were all blank. Stupid me.
