Started off good but the broker Traci was doing way too much. My realtor Ben was very helpful and went above and beyond. However Traci would insert herself in calling me and trying to get me to accept deals I was not good with. I would have already advised my realtor that I could not accept an offer and to decline it. Great group of people.
Catie O'Connor was the sellers agent for a home we were under Contract for. She was a absolute nightmare to work with. She was late on everything, missed scheduled phone calls, conveniently had contracts altered, then claimed She didn't know how that little unethical change was made. Made verbal agreements with out speaking to her clients. Never showed counter offers to her clients, does not know local and state laws at all, and made the entire process a night mare.
