DO NOT USE THEM. One of their realtor (A. M.) tried to sell us a house with active termite. She told me she will take care everything, I don't have to worry just believe in her. She scheduled a house inspector for me and he is her friend. If I did not come on inspection date i would buy a house has termite. The inspector (N. B.) is from BPG Inspection LLC. Buying our forever home long-distance was insanity! However, Lisa Buchman routinely eased our nerves by tackling every obstacle that we threw at her.
