I would like to share my experience with Realty One Group Dockside. My wife and I are going through a divorce requiring the sale of three properties at The Farm. My wife selected agent, Eric Butler. Eric completed a property value analysis on the properties with a value between $220,000 and $240,000 each for all three. Eric listed the properties at $270,000 and $274,000. Horrible experience from Michael Cole and team. They wouldn't release me from buyers contract after 5 weeks and 2 showings. Incompetent agents and owners. Run away from this agency. The agent showed me 2 listing's and now they ate requiring me pay for her time. Michael Cole is a joke for this.

I want to warn you about an unpleasant experience I had with Realtor Hong Li. Her SC realtor license has her listed as active with Realty One Dockside. She listed a console cabinet for sale for one of her real estate clients, and after we agreed on a price and pickup time, she ghosted me. Later, she reinitiated contact after I practically begged her to let me know when to pick it up, after rearranging my plans and getting a truck set up to pick up the large item, and then ghosted me again. Chad ferguson is nothing short of an outstanding realtor he put in the work hours at a time to help my wife and I find our dream home. From start to finish in our home buying journey Chad has been excellent in communication, and his dedication to my goals and dreams. Chad is an honest person that goes above and beyond putting his own needs aside to do what is needed to buy a home.
