I would like to share my experience with Realty One Group Dockside. My wife and I are going through a divorce requiring the sale of three properties at The Farm. My wife selected agent, Eric Butler. Eric completed a property value analysis on the properties with a value between $220,000 and $240,000 each for all three. Eric listed the properties at $270,000 and $274,000. Horrible experience from Michael Cole and team. They wouldn't release me from buyers contract after 5 weeks and 2 showings. Incompetent agents and owners. Run away from this agency. The agent showed me 2 listing's and now they ate requiring me pay for her time. Michael Cole is a joke for this.
