We were first time buyers and Kristy Gore was our realtor and she truly went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Great brokerage to work with!
After buying a home in a neighborhood ran by ROGCoastal years ago, I am highly Disappointed in their management. My gated community has not been unsecured, left unsafe for months out the year. Security gates are left open, trash about the property, fake security cameras that don’t capture the crimes in area. There is no accountability in the ROG management. They want HOA money for not doing their job. Wish I invested in a different neighborhood
