As a flat fee brokerage this establishment oversteered my expectations. Not simply due to the economical approach of running this business, but because the agents are highly trained, very educated, and there is a lot more available for a client than meets the eye. Weather your looking to buy, sell, or invest; this brokerage offers a plethora of opportunities for investors and families of all walks of life.
Unless you are ready to be lied to consistently and deal with non-stop headaches avoid this company like the plague.

Traumatizing experience. BEWARE of Eddy Gibbs. One lie after another, the worst real estate agent I have ever worked with.
My experience with Realty One Group, specifically with Antwan Marcos, was disappointing. The apartment we viewed was being rented “as-is,” which unfortunately meant it was unclean, visibly damaged, and equipped with rotted, dated appliances. It felt like no effort had been made to prepare the unit for a new tenant.
