My experience with Realty One Group, specifically with Antwan Marcos, was disappointing. The apartment we viewed was being rented “as-is,” which unfortunately meant it was unclean, visibly damaged, and equipped with rotted, dated appliances. It felt like no effort had been made to prepare the unit for a new tenant. Their realtor Jeff Fusco is a fraud. He will team up with the Inspestor to give a fake inspection but when you move in the house, you move in with a lot of issues at your own expenses. Jeff Fusco is a fraud - this agency should revoke his license. I’m filling a complaint.
