I try to buy a house using realtor from this company. We chose this company because it was the company selling the house. The asking price was $95,000. After looking at the house we offered $90,000 with the contingency that we sell our house within 3 months. Except our offer. A day or two later I had found a seller who was willing to buy my house at my asking price chose to use the same realtor to help streamline things.
