Tracey is a wonderful wonderful property manager! She got us In our dream home instantly. She did my husband and I a huge favor by processing our applications on a weekend because my husband was leaving to work out of town that Monday so we got to sign our lease before he left. Slum Lords. If you own a home, do not let these people manage it for you. They do not properly maintain the homes they are trusted with. They even installed a very used dishwasher in the home I rented yet billed the owner for a brand new one.
