I hired this company as my buying agent. I ended up loosing 1,0000 because of poor advice and aggressive financial deadlines. We placed an offer on a property in Parkman, Maine by listing agent Realty of Maine and was told to our agent by listing agent that owner accepted another offer. We thought it was strange we did not have an opportunity to counter offer. No pending notice was issued on property, we continued to monitor property status. The property is still listed as active and was verified by another realty company when asked to see property. We drove 3 1/2 hours each way to see property.
