Realty & Mortgage has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with in the last two years that I have lived in their properties. Anvar, our property manager, consistently goes above and beyond to address any problems/concerns that arise with our apartment - he really helps to keep the building in great shape. Anvar is definitely an asset to the realty & mortgage team!!
Incompetent organization
Rats, roaches, mold andabsentee landlords collecting checks. Everything is always broken.
I’ve lived at one of their properties for a little over 3 years now and honestly could not ask for better service. I had to put in a pretty serious maintenance request today. They responded within hours and are taking care of it right away. I really appreciate the staff at the main office as well - my initial call got disconnected and the secretary put the work order in for me the second time I called because she didn’t want me to feel like I was getting a run around - which I didn’t, but her proactiveness to resolve it for ... read more
