If I could give zero star that would be the best response. As a future applicant, Customer Service is key. Michelle has no customer service for applicants and her attitude is ridiculous when it comes to responding to customer questions. If you do not have passion for people and great attitude to work in business that deal with people than go home. I would not recommend animals to deal with this business. Jay Schwartz (HoA Management) from this company left a threatening note on my car saying he will tow it. There is nothing in the rules that says you can tow my car. I take this as a threat - and as harassment and will notify the authorities if any further harassment or contact from this specific person (Jay Schwartz) continues. There are 5+ cars parked on the street every night for years so I hope THEY WILL be notified too.
